February 16, 2024: Pennington, NJ 08534 The Newark Academy Minutemen (Livingston, NJ) basketball crushed the host Pennington Red Raiders (Pennington, NJ), 68-43 in Friday's non-league test.
The Minutemen (16-8) will now prepare for their test against Immaculate Conception (Montclair, NJ). The Lions go into the non-league test with a 22-4 record. In their last test, Immaculate Conception walloped University (Newark, NJ), 75-65, in a league test.
The Red Raiders now own a 11-11 record. They play next when they host Lawrenceville School for a Mid-Atlantic Prep test on Saturday, February 17. Pennington will encounter a Big Red squad coming off a 44-36 non-league loss to Allentown (Allentown, NJ). The Big Red record now stands at 3-17.
