Georgia High School Baseball - Lamar County defeats Jordan
February 17, 2021: Columbus, GA 31904 Spectators at Wednesday's non-league battle between the Lamar County Trojans (Barnesville, GA) and the host Jordan Red Jackets (Columbus, GA), saw Lamar County's baseball squad beat Jordan by a margin of 9-2.
Coming up next, the Trojans play the Stratford Academy Eagles (Macon, GA) in a non-league battle, on Monday, February 22. Lamar County will attempt to better on its 1-1 season record. The Eagles go into the game with a 2-0 record after their 13-3 non-league win over Aquinas (Augusta, GA).
The Red Jackets (1-1) will now prepare for their game against Chattahoochee County (Cusseta, GA). The Panthers go into the non-league game with a 0-1 record. In their last game, Chattahoochee County was overwhelmed by Schley County (Ellaville, GA), 13-0, in a league game.
