Fans at Friday's non-league challenge between the Wabaunsee Chargers (Alma, KS) and the visiting Herington Railroaders (Herington, KS), saw Wabaunsee's basketball squad wallop Herington by a tally of 59-23.

With the victory, Wabaunsee improves its record to 4-14 on the campaign. The Chargers travel to St. Marys (St. Marys, KS) to confront the Bears in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, February 21.
