February 17, 2023: Winder, GA 30680 The crowd at Friday's non-league test between the Apalachee Wildcats (Winder, GA) and the visiting Oglethorpe County Patriots (Lexington, GA), saw Apalachee's soccer squad triumph over Oglethorpe County by a margin of 7-0.
The Wildcats now sport a 1-2 record. They play next when they travel to Shiloh for a 6A Area 8 test on Friday, February 24.
With the loss, Oglethorpe County drops to 0-5 on the season. The Patriots travel to Jasper County (Monticello, GA) to meet the Hurricanes in a 1A D-I Area 5 test on Friday, February 24. The Hurricanes come into the test with a record of 2-2.
