February 17, 2023: San Antonio, TX 78210 The crowd at Friday's non-league match between the Martin Tigers (Laredo, TX) and the host Brackenridge Eagles (San Antonio, TX), saw Martin's softball squad nip Brackenridge by a count of 7-6.
The Tigers now sport a 1-0 record. They take the field next when they host Burbank for a non-league match on Saturday, February 18. Martin will face a Bulldogs squad coming off a 12-3 non-league win over Providence Catholic (San Antonio, TX). The Bulldogs record now stands at 4-0.
With the loss, Brackenridge falls to 1-6 on the campaign. The Eagles travel to Providence Catholic (San Antonio, TX) to face the Provets in a non-league match on Saturday, February 18. The Provets enter the match with a record of 1-1. Providence Catholic lost 12-3 in their recent non-league match against Burbank (San Antonio, TX)
