Oregon High School Basketball - Cascade Christian overwhelms Churchill
February 17, 2024: Medford, OR 97504 Fans at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Cascade Christian Challengers (Medford, OR) and the visiting Churchill Lancers (Eugene, OR), saw Cascade Christian's basketball squad wallop Churchill by a tally of 88-53.
With the victory, Cascade Christian improves its record to 20-6 on the campaign. The Challengers host Riverside (Boardman, OR) to confront the Pirates in a non-league challenge on Friday, February 23. The Pirates come into the challenge with a record of 22-7. Riverside lost 77-49 in their recent league challenge against Vale (Vale, OR)
Next up, the Lancers confront the North Eugene Highlanders (Eugene, OR) in a 5A Midwestern challenge, on Tuesday, February 20. Churchill will attempt to improve on its 7-16 season record. The Highlanders come into the challenge with a 20-3 record after their 67-41 league win over Ashland (Ashland, OR).
