February 17, 2024: Taos, NM 87571 The Moriarty Pintos (Moriarty, NM) basketball nipped the host Taos Tigers (Taos, NM), 42-38 in Saturday's non-league test.
The Pintos (4-10) will now prepare for their test against Pojoaque Valley (Pojoaque, NM). The Elks/Elkettes go into the non-league test with a 3-10 record. In their last test, Pojoaque Valley was tipped by Taos (Taos, NM), 56-38, in a non-league test.
The Tigers now own a 5-3 record. They play next when they host Los Alamos for a non-league test on Tuesday, February 20. Taos will encounter a Hilltoppers squad coming off a 64-52 non-league loss to Espanola Valley (Espanola, NM). The Hilltoppers record now stands at 5-13.
