Burr & Burton Bulldogs (Manchester, VT) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the visiting South Burlington Wolves (South Burlington, VT), 40-35 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Burr & Burton upgrades its record to 8-10 on the season. The Bulldogs host Mount Anthony (Bennington, VT) to play the Patriots in a Marble Valley - A bout on Monday, February 19. The Patriots go into the bout with a record of 2-16. Mount Anthony lost 62-58 in their recent non-league bout against Springfield (Springfield, VT)

Next up, the Wolves play the Mt. Mansfield Cougars (Jericho, VT) in a Lake bout, on Monday, February 19. South Burlington will attempt to upgrade on its 2-15 season record. The Cougars go into the bout with a 10-7 record after their 77-26 league win over Rice Memorial (South Burlington, VT).
