February 17, 2024: St. Albans, VT 05478 The Bellows Free Academy Bobwhites/Comets (St. Albans, VT) ice hockey nipped the visiting Hartford Hurricanes (White River Junction, VT), 1-0 in Saturday's league battle.
The Bobwhites/Comets now hold a 7-8 record. They play next when they travel to Rice Memorial for a battle on Wednesday, February 21. Bellows Free Academy will play a Green Knights team coming off a 3-2 league win over Colchester (Colchester, VT). The Green Knights record now stands at 14-4.
The Hurricanes (9-7) will now prepare for their battle against Champlain Valley Union (Hinesburg, VT). The Redhawks come into the battle with a 5-11 record. In their last battle, Champlain Valley Union was edged by Mt. Mansfield (Jericho, VT), 4-3, in a league battle.
