February 17, 2025: Marietta, GA 30066 The Lassiter Trojans (Marietta, GA) baseball got by the visiting Lovett Lions (Atlanta, GA), 3-2 in Monday's non-league challenge.
The Trojans now own a 2-2 record. They take the field next when they host Parkview for a non-league challenge on Tuesday, February 18. Lassiter will clash with a Panthers team coming off a 2-1 non-league loss to Buford (Buford, GA). The Panthers record now stands at 1-1.
With the defeat, Lovett drops to 0-3 on the year. The Lions host Decatur (Decatur, GA) to clash with the Bulldogs in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, February 18. The Bulldogs go into the challenge with a record of 0-3. Decatur lost 11-1 in their recent non-league challenge against Blessed Trinity (Roswell, GA)
