The Ponderosa Bruins basketball team (Shingle Springs, CA), was nudged 69-63 in Friday's non-league battle with the visiting St. Mary's Rams (Stockton, CA)

The Rams now possess a 17-13 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Granite Bay for a non-league battle on Monday, February 21. St. Mary's will battle a Grizzlies team coming off a 72-60 non-league win over Bella Vista (Fair Oaks, CA). The Grizzlies record now stands at 17-12.
