The Thacher Toads baseball team (Ojai, CA), was overwhelmed 9-3 in Saturday's non-league outing with the visiting Nordhoff Rangers (Ojai, CA)

The Rangers now hold a 1-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Hueneme for a Citrus Coast outing on Wednesday, February 22. Nordhoff will confront a Vikings team coming off a 4-1 non-league win over Foothill Tech (Ventura, CA). The Vikings record now stands at 3-0.

Next, the Toads confront the Bishop Diego Cardinals (Santa Barbara, CA) in a non-league outing, on Friday, February 24. Thacher will attempt to advance on its 0-1 season record. The Cardinals go into the outing with a 1-1 record after their 4-1 non-league loss to Santa Ynez (Santa Ynez, CA).
