North Dakota High School Basketball - Beulah thwarts Beach
February 18, 2023: Beulah, ND 58523 The Beulah Miners (Beulah, ND) basketball knocked off the visiting Beach Buccaneers (Beach, ND), 70-53 in Saturday's league test.
The Miners (12-4) will now prepare for their test against Hazen (Hazen, ND). The Bison go into the B Region 7 test with a 13-6 record. In their last test, Hazen notched a victory over Heart River co-op [Belfield/South Heart] (Belfield, ND), 81-64, in a league test.
The Buccaneers now own a 7-7 record. They play next when they host Hettinger/Scranton for a B Region 7 test on Friday, February 24. Beach will encounter a Black Devils squad coming off a 57-41 non-league win over Lemmon (Lemmon, SD). The Black Devils record now stands at 5-12.
