The Canton Tigers basketball team scored 53 points and restricted the host Forest Hill Patriots to 45 in the Tigers non-league victory on Saturday.

The Tigers now sport a 17-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to New Hope for a non-league contest on Wednesday, February 22. Canton will battle a Trojans team coming off a 53-50 non-league win over Vicksburg (Vicksburg, MS). The Trojans record now stands at 19-7.
