February 18, 2023: Colome, SD 57528 Fans at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Marty Indian Braves (Marty, SD) and the host Colome Cowboys (Colome, SD), saw Marty Indian's basketball squad wallop Colome by a tally of 74-47.
With the victory, Marty Indian improves its record to 12-6 on the campaign. The Braves host Pine Ridge (Pine Ridge, SD) to confront the Thorpes in a non-league challenge on Saturday, February 25. The Thorpes come into the challenge with a record of 15-3. Pine Ridge won 78-37 in their recent non-league challenge against Cheyenne-Eagle Butte (Eagle Butte, SD)
Next up, the Cowboys confront the Lyman Raiders (Presho, SD) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, February 21. Colome will attempt to improve on its 9-9 season record. The Raiders come into the challenge with a 12-7 record after their 63-51 non-league win over Stanley County (Fort Pierre, SD).
