The Marcellus Mustangs routed the visiting Vernon-Verona-Sherrill Red Devils basketball team by a final score of 82-49 in Saturday's non-league game.

In their next game, the Mustangs face the General Brown Lions (Dexter, NY) in a non-league game, on Wednesday, February 22. Marcellus will attempt to move on its 17-4 season record. The Lions enter the game with a 16-4 record after their 59-53 non-league loss to Holland Patent (Holland Patent, NY).

With the defeat, Vernon-Verona-Sherrill moves to 6-16 on the year.
