In Saturday's non-league outing, the visiting Montwood Rams softball team scored a nice 13-5 win over the China Spring Cougars.

Coming up next, the Rams battle the Americas Trail Blazers (El Paso, TX) in a 6A Region I District 1 outing, on Tuesday, February 21. Montwood will attempt to upgrade on its 2-5 season record. The Trail Blazers enter the outing with a 3-4 record after their 2-1 non-league loss to Langham Creek (Houston, TX).

The Cougars (1-2) will now prepare for their outing against Crawford (Crawford, TX). The Pirates enter the non-league outing with a 0-0 record.
