South Carolina High School Basketball - Newberry Academy toppled by Richard Winn Academy
February 18, 2025: Newberry, SC 29108 Richard Winn Academy Eagles (Winnsboro, SC) fans went home pleased Tuesday as they observed their basketball team knock off the host Newberry Academy (Newberry, SC), 33-19 in a non-league challenge.
The Eagles (17-4) will now prepare for their challenge against Curtis Baptist (Augusta, GA). The Crusaders come into the non-league challenge with a 14-9 record. In their last challenge, Curtis Baptist prevailed over Holly Hill Academy (Holly Hill, SC), 81-59, in a non-league challenge.
