South Point Red Raiders (Belmont, NC) supporters left the game happy Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad hold off the host Huss Huskies (Gastonia, NC), 59-54 in a non-league match.

With the victory, South Point advances its record to 18-6 on the year. The Red Raiders travel to Stuart W. Cramer (Belmont, NC) to face the Storm in a non-league match on Thursday, February 20. The Storm enter the match with a record of 23-2. Stuart W. Cramer won 54-36 in their recent non-league match against Ashbrook (Gastonia, NC)

The Huskies now own a 16-7 record.
