Minnesota High School Basketball - St. Paul Central holds off Minneapolis South
February 18, 2025: Minneapolis, MN 55407 The St. Paul Central Minutemen basketball team scored 38 points and limited the host Minneapolis South Tigers to 33 in the Minutemen non-league triumph on Tuesday.
The Minutemen now have a 10-15 record. They play next when they travel to Simley for a non-league game on Thursday, February 20. St. Paul Central will confront a Spartans team coming off a 44-37 league loss to South St. Paul (South St. Paul, MN). The Spartans record now stands at 5-17.
With the loss, Minneapolis South falls to 9-12 on the campaign. The Tigers travel to Edison (Minneapolis, MN) to confront the Tommies in a non-league game on Friday, February 21. The Tommies go into the game with a record of 6-15.
