February 18, 2025: Forsyth, GA 31029 Fans at Tuesday's non-league battle between the Alexander Cougars (Douglasville, GA) and the host Mary Persons Bulldogs (Forsyth, GA), saw Alexander's soccer squad hold off Mary Persons by a count of 2-1.
The Cougars (4-0) will now prepare for their battle against Central (Carrollton, GA). The Lions enter the non-league battle with a 1-0 record. In their last battle, Central Trinity Christian (Sharpsburg, GA), 1-1, in a non-league battle.
Next up, the Bulldogs battle the Harris County Tigers (Hamilton, GA) in a non-league battle, on Friday, February 21. Mary Persons will attempt to upgrade on its 2-1 season record. The Tigers enter the battle with a 0-3 record after their 2-1 non-league loss to Bremen (Bremen, GA).
