In Saturday's non-league match, the host East Central Trojans basketball team scored a good 60-45 triumph over the Shelbyville Golden Bears.

In their next game, the Trojans meet the Lawrenceburg Tigers (Lawrenceburg, IN) in a Eastern Indiana match, on Tuesday, February 22. East Central will attempt to better on its 15-5 season record. The Tigers enter the match with a 16-6 record after their 52-31 league loss to Connersville (Connersville, IN).
