North Dakota High School Basketball - Hankinson succumbs to Waubay/Summit
February 19, 2022: Hankinson, ND 58041 The Waubay/Summit Mustangs topped the host Hankinson Pirates basketball team by a final score of 64-47 in Saturday's non-league game.
In their next game, the Mustangs face the Britton-Hecla Braves (Britton, SD) in a B Region 1 game, on Friday, February 25. Waubay/Summit will attempt to move on its 16-3 season record. The Braves enter the game with a 4-15 record after their 66-29 non-league loss to Hamlin (Hayti, SD).
With the defeat, Hankinson moves to 11-7 on the year. The Pirates travel to Northern Cass (Hunter, ND) to face the Jaguars in a B Region 1 game on Wednesday, February 23. The Jaguars enter the game with a record of 10-8.
