With the victory, Langston Hughes advances its record to 21-8 on the year. The Panthers travel to Lanier (Sugar Hill, GA) to meet the Longhorns in a non-league battle on Saturday, February 22. The Longhorns enter the battle with a record of 14-15. Lanier won 66-63 in their recent non-league battle against Woodstock (Woodstock, GA)
