February 19, 2025: Petersburg, MI 49270 Summerfield Bulldogs (Petersburg, MI) boosters left the game satisfied Wednesday as they witnessed their basketball squad triumph over the visiting Waite Indians (Toledo, OH), 80-48 in a non-league match.
With the victory, Summerfield upgrades its record to 20-1 on the year. The Bulldogs travel to Manchester (Manchester, MI) to face the Flying Dutchmen in a non-league match on Thursday, February 20. The Flying Dutchmen enter the match with a record of 6-14. Manchester won 53-40 in their recent league match against Addison (Addison, MI)
The Indians now sport a 1-17 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Lima Senior for a non-league match on Tuesday, February 25. Waite will face a Spartans squad coming off a 74-59 non-league win over Wayne (Huber Heights, OH). The Spartans record now stands at 20-2.
