St. Augustine Yellow Jackets (St. Augustine, FL) followers exited the stadium in high spirits Wednesday as they saw their lacrosse team top the host Matanzas Pirates (Palm Coast, FL), 17-5 in a non-league game.

With the victory, St. Augustine advances its record to 1-2 on the season. The Yellow Jackets host Oak Hall (Gainesville, FL) to play the Eagles in a non-league game on Friday, February 21. The Eagles come into the game with a record of 2-0. Oak Hall won 13-1 in their recent non-league game against Nease (Ponte Vedra, FL)

The Pirates now sport a 0-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Fleming Island for a non-league game on Thursday, February 20.
