February 20, 2023: West Middletown, DE 19709 Fans at Monday's non-league challenge between the Appoquinimink Jaguars (West Middletown, DE) and the visiting Delmarva Christian Royals (Georgetown, DE), saw Appoquinimink's basketball squad overcome Delmarva Christian by a tally of 51-39.
With the victory, Appoquinimink improves its record to 12-3 on the campaign. The Jaguars travel to Smyrna (Smyrna, DE) to confront the Eagles in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, February 21. The Eagles come into the challenge with a record of 12-7. Smyrna lost 61-44 in their recent league challenge against Cape Henlopen (Lewes, DE)
Next up, the Royals confront the Seaford Bluejays (Seaford, DE) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, February 23. Delmarva Christian will attempt to improve on its 10-3 season record.
