New Mexico High School Basketball - Pojoaque Valley holds off Moriarty
February 20, 2024: Pojoaque, NM 87506 Fans at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the Pojoaque Valley Elks/Elkettes (Pojoaque, NM) and the visiting Moriarty Pintos (Moriarty, NM), saw Pojoaque Valley's basketball squad hold off Moriarty by a tally of 38-33.
With the victory, Pojoaque Valley improves its record to 4-10 on the campaign. The Elks/Elkettes travel to Los Alamos (Los Alamos, NM) to confront the Hilltoppers in a non-league challenge on Friday, February 23. The Hilltoppers come into the challenge with a record of 5-14. Los Alamos lost 58-55 in their recent non-league challenge against Taos (Taos, NM)
