February 20, 2024: Gilbert, IA 50105 Gilbert Tigers (Gilbert, IA) backers were pleased Tuesday as they saw their basketball squad hold off the visiting Xavier Saints (Cedar Rapids, IA), 60-57 in a non-league bout.
With the victory, Gilbert upgrades its record to 15-9 on the campaign. The Tigers travel to Clear Creek-Amana (Tiffin, IA) to play the Clippers in a non-league bout on Tuesday, February 27. The Clippers come into the bout with a record of 23-0. Clear Creek-Amana won 68-35 in their recent non-league bout against Keokuk (Keokuk, IA)
