Michigan High School Basketball - Sterling Heights overwhelms Anchor Bay
February 20, 2025: Fair Haven, MI 48023 The Sterling Heights Stallions basketball team scored 88 points and limited the host Anchor Bay Tars to 53 in the Stallions non-league triumph on Thursday.
The Stallions now possess a 9-15 record. They play next when they travel to Sterling Heights Stevenson for a non-league game on Monday, February 24. Sterling Heights will confront a Titans team coming off a 61-56 non-league loss to L'Anse Creuse (Harrison Township, MI). The Titans record now stands at 4-18.
With the loss, Anchor Bay falls to 7-14 on the campaign. The Tars travel to Dakota (Macomb, MI) to confront the Cougars in a non-league game on Monday, February 24. The Cougars go into the game with a record of 13-9. Dakota won 65-47 in their recent league game against Grosse Pointe South (Grosse Pointe, MI)
