Santiago Sharks (Corona, CA) fans left the game pleased Thursday as they observed their baseball squad achieve victory over the host El Rancho Dons (Pico Rivera, CA), 6-0 in a non-league match.

With the triumph, Santiago advances its record to 1-0 on the season. The Sharks host Dana Hills (Dana Point, CA) to battle the Dolphins in a non-league match on Friday, February 21. The Dolphins come into the match with a record of 0-2. Dana Hills lost 5-3 in their recent non-league match against San Juan Hills (San Juan Capistrano, CA)

The Dons now have a 2-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Cantwell-Sacred Heart of Mary for a non-league match on Saturday, February 22. El Rancho will battle a Cardinals squad coming off a 14-2 non-league win over Bell Gardens (Bell Gardens, CA). The Cardinals record now stands at 1-0.
