Michigan High School Basketball - Mt. Pleasant fells St. Johns
February 21, 2023: Mt. Pleasant, MI 48858 Mt. Pleasant Oilers (Mt. Pleasant, MI) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting St. Johns Redwings (St. Johns, MI), 67-59 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Mt. Pleasant upgrades its record to 10-5 on the season. The Oilers host Grand Blanc (Grand Blanc, MI) to play the Bobcats in a non-league bout on Friday, February 24. The Bobcats go into the bout with a record of 18-2. Grand Blanc won 92-50 in their recent league bout against Midland (Midland, MI)
Next up, the Redwings play the Lansing Catholic Cougars (Lansing, MI) in a non-league bout, on Wednesday, February 22. St. Johns will attempt to upgrade on its 10-7 season record. The Cougars go into the bout with a 7-11 record after their 58-52 league win over Eaton Rapids (Eaton Rapids, MI).
