Kansas High School Basketball - Field Kindley ripped by Fort Scott
February 21, 2023: Fort Scott, KS 66701 The Fort Scott Tigers basketball team scored 46 points and held the visiting Field Kindley Golden Tornado to 24 in the Tigers non-league triumph on Tuesday.
The Tigers now sport a 17-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Independence for a non-league contest on Friday, February 24. Fort Scott will battle a Bulldogs team coming off a 44-42 non-league loss to Chanute (Chanute, KS). The Bulldogs record now stands at 16-3.
The Golden Tornado (4-12) will now prepare for their contest against Labette County (Altamont, KS). The Grizzlies enter the non-league contest with a 9-10 record. In their last contest, Labette County triumphed over Pittsburg (Pittsburg, KS), 45-24, in a non-league contest.
