The Central Lions basketball team scored 55 points and held the visiting Southwest DeKalb Panthers to 45 in the Lions non-league triumph on Wednesday.

The Lions now sport a 24-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to North Oconee for a non-league contest on Saturday, February 24. Central will meet a Titans team coming off a 71-49 non-league win over Lovett (Atlanta, GA). The Titans record now stands at 26-3.
