In Friday's non-league game, the host Bishop Verot Vikings baseball team scored a close 8-2 win over the Creekside Knights.

The Vikings (4-0) will now prepare for their game against Lowndes (Valdosta, GA). The Vikings go into the non-league game with a 2-2 record. In their last game, Lowndes nudged Lee County (Leesburg, GA), 14-3, in a non-league game.
