In Friday's non-league contest, the host Tippecanoe Valley Vikings basketball team scored a good 58-38 triumph over the Huntington North Vikings.

The Vikings (16-4) will now prepare for their contest against Kokomo (Kokomo, IN). The Wildkats go into the non-league contest with a 15-6 record. In their last contest, Kokomo was toppled by Anderson (Anderson, IN), 84-68, in a league contest.

In their next game, the Vikings confront the Fort Wayne Canterbury Cavaliers (Fort Wayne, IN) in a non-league contest, on Wednesday, February 26. Huntington North will attempt to better on its 9-12 season record.
