Texas High School Basketball - Wells sneaks past Zephyr
February 21, 2025: Wells, TX 75976 The Wells Pirates (Wells, TX) basketball edged the visiting Zephyr Bulldogs (Zephyr, TX), 58-51 in Friday's non-league bout.
The Pirates now possess a 29-6 record. They play next when they travel to Fayetteville for a non-league bout on Monday, February 24. Wells will play a Lions team coming off a 100-42 non-league win over Lasara (Lasara, TX). The Lions record now stands at 26-8.
With the loss, Zephyr falls to 20-10 on the campaign.
