February 21, 2025: Jefferson, GA 30548 Jackson County Panthers (Jefferson, GA) boosters exited the stadium thrilled Friday as they witnessed their soccer team knock off the visiting Brookwood Broncos (Snellville, GA), 5-2 in a non-league test.
With the triumph, Jackson County moves its record to 2-2 on the campaign. The Panthers host Winder-Barrow (Winder, GA) to meet the Bulldoggs in a 5A Area 8 test on Friday, February 28. The Bulldoggs come into the test with a record of 2-2.
The Broncos now sport a 3-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Denmark for a non-league test on Tuesday, February 25. Brookwood will meet a team coming off a 3-2 non-league win over Milton (Milton, GA). The record now stands at 2-1.
