In Tuesday's non-league outing, the Standing Rock Warriors (Fort Yates, ND) basketball squad edged the host New England Tigers (New England, ND), by a count of 66-64.

The Warriors (15-3) will now prepare for their outing against Center-Stanton (Center, ND). The Wildcats go into the non-league outing with a 4-14 record.

The Tigers now hold a 6-12 record. They play next when they travel to Glen Ullin/Hebron for a B Region 7 outing on Friday, February 25. New England will clash with a Bearcats squad coming off a 52-40 league loss to Trinity (Dickinson, ND). The Bearcats record now stands at 7-5.
