In Tuesday's non-league match, the host Garner Trojans basketball team scored a decisive 79-55 triumph over the Chapel Hill Tigers.

In their next game, the Trojans meet the Southeast Raleigh Bulldogs (Raleigh, NC) in a non-league match, on Thursday, February 24. Garner will attempt to better on its 25-2 season record. The Bulldogs enter the match with a 18-5 record after their 64-51 non-league win over Pine Forest (Fayetteville, NC).
