Michigan High School Basketball - Mercy ripped by Edison Academy
February 22, 2022: Detroit, MI 48207 The Edison Academy Pioneers basketball team scored 67 points and held the visiting Mercy Marlins to 44 in the Pioneers non-league triumph on Tuesday.
The Pioneers now sport a 22-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Cass Tech for a non-league contest on Wednesday, February 23. Edison Academy will battle a Technicians team coming off a 61-37 non-league loss to Mercy (Farmington Hills, MI). The Technicians record now stands at 6-5.
The Marlins (14-4) will now prepare for their contest against Linden (Linden, MI). The Eagles enter the non-league contest with a 14-4 record. In their last contest, Linden triumphed over Fenton (Fenton, MI), 46-30, in a league contest.
