February 22, 2023: Newnan, GA 30263 The crowd at Wednesday's league test between the Newnan Cougars (Newnan, GA) and the visiting New Manchester Jaguar (Douglasville, GA), saw Newnan's soccer squad triumph over New Manchester by a margin of 5-0.
The Cougars now sport a 3-0 record. They play next when they host Harris County for a non-league test on Friday, February 24. Newnan will meet a Tigers squad coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Duluth (Duluth, GA). The Tigers record now stands at 4-3.
With the loss, New Manchester drops to 0-6 on the season. The Jaguar travel to Callaway (Hogansville, GA) to meet the Cavaliers in a non-league test on Friday, February 24.
