D'Iberville Warriors (D'Iberville, MS) fans exited the stadium thrilled Thursday as they saw their softball squad achieve victory over the visiting St. Patrick Fighting Irish (Biloxi, MS), 12-2 in a non-league challenge.

The Warriors now sport a 2-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Pearl River Central for a non-league challenge on Friday, February 23. D'Iberville will face a Blue Devils squad coming off a 7-4 non-league win over Wayne County (Waynesboro, MS). The Blue Devils record now stands at 1-1.

With the loss, St. Patrick falls to 4-1 on the campaign. The Fighting irish travel to Hancock (Kiln, MS) to face the Hawks in a non-league challenge on Saturday, February 24. The Hawks enter the challenge with a record of 3-1. Hancock won 7-2 in their recent non-league challenge against Poplarville (Poplarville, MS)
