Mississippi High School Baseball - Pine Grove loses to Amory
February 22, 2025: Amory, MS 38821 Amory Panthers (Amory, MS) fans left the game pleased Saturday as they observed their baseball squad achieve victory over the visiting Pine Grove Panthers (Ripley, MS), 6-2 in a non-league match.
With the triumph, Amory advances its record to 5-0 on the season. The Panthers travel to Tupelo (Tupelo, MS) to battle the Golden Wave in a non-league match on Monday, February 24. The Golden Wave come into the match with a record of 4-1. Tupelo won 10-6 in their recent non-league match against Kossuth (Kossuth, MS)
The Panthers now have a 1-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host New Site for a non-league match on Thursday, February 27. Pine Grove will battle a Royals squad coming off a 14-4 non-league loss to Tupelo Christian Prep (Belden, MS). The Royals record now stands at 2-2.
