Georgia High School Baseball - Tift County edges Glynn Academy
February 22, 2025: Brunswick, GA 31520 The crowd at Saturday's non-league battle between the Tift County Blue Devils (Tifton, GA) and the host Glynn Academy Terrors (Brunswick, GA), saw Tift County's baseball team gain a win over Glynn Academy by a tally of 6-4.
The Blue Devils (5-1) will now prepare for their battle against Schley County (Ellaville, GA). The Wildcats enter the non-league battle with a 1-2 record. In their last battle, Schley County by Worth County (Sylvester, GA), 5-0, in a non-league battle.
Next, the Terrors face the South Effingham Mustangs (Guyton, GA) in a 5A Area 1 battle, on Monday, February 24. Glynn Academy will attempt to upgrade on its 5-3 season record. The Mustangs enter the battle with a 4-1 record after their 8-5 non-league win over Oglethorpe County (Lexington, GA).
