Georgia High School Baseball - Marist defeats Lassiter
February 22, 2025: Atlanta, GA 30319 The Marist War Eagles baseball team scored 9 runs and held the visiting Lassiter Trojans to 1 in the War Eagles non-league win on Saturday.
The War Eagles now hold a 3-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to North Oconee for a non-league test on Wednesday, February 26. Marist will play a Titans team coming off a 12-0 non-league win over Collins Hill (Suwanee, GA). The Titans record now stands at 4-2.
With the defeat, Lassiter drops to 3-3 on the year. The Trojans travel to West Forsyth (Cumming, GA) to play the Wolverines in a non-league test on Tuesday, February 25. The Wolverines go into the test with a record of 4-2. West Forsyth lost 15-12 in their recent non-league test against King's Ridge Christian (Alpharetta, GA)
