The Union Local Jets basketball team scored 67 points and limited the visiting Sandy Valley Cardinals to 55 in the Jets non-league triumph on Saturday.

The Jets now possess a 17-6 record. They play next when they host Martins Ferry for a non-league game on Wednesday, February 26. Union Local will confront a Purple Riders team coming off a 49-39 non-league win over Morgan (McConnelsville, OH). The Purple Riders record now stands at 11-11.
