Wisconsin High School Basketball - The Prairie School sneaks past St. Mary Catholic
February 22, 2025: Racine, WI 53402 The The Prairie School Hawks (Racine, WI) basketball edged the visiting St. Mary Catholic Zephyrs (Neenah, WI), 62-56 in Saturday's non-league bout.
The Hawks now possess a 10-14 record. They play next when they travel to Racine Lutheran for a Metro Classic bout on Thursday, February 27. The Prairie School will play a Crusaders team coming off a 115-37 non-league win over Salam (Milwaukee, WI). The Crusaders record now stands at 21-2.
With the loss, St. Mary Catholic falls to 10-11 on the campaign. The Zephyrs travel to Manitowoc Lutheran (Manitowoc, WI) to play the Lancers in a Big East - North bout on Tuesday, February 25. The Lancers go into the bout with a record of 13-9. Manitowoc Lutheran lost 69-55 in their recent non-league bout against Oostburg (Oostburg, WI)
