Texas High School Soccer - Kennedale nudged by Ferris
February 22, 2025: Ferris, TX 75125 Ferris Yellowjackets (Ferris, TX) boosters exited the stadium pleased Saturday as they witnessed their soccer team get by the visiting Kennedale Wildcats (Kennedale, TX), 4-3 in a league test.
With the triumph, Ferris moves its record to 7-8 on the campaign. The Yellowjackets travel to Venus (Venus, TX) to clash with the Bulldogs in a 4A Region 1 District 6 test on Tuesday, February 25. The Bulldogs come into the test with a record of 4-8. Venus won 2-1 in their recent league outing against Godley (Godley, TX)
Next up, the Wildcats confront the Alvarado Indians (Alvarado, TX) in a 4A Region 1 District 6 outing, on Tuesday, February 25. Kennedale will attempt to improve on its 6-8 season record. The Indians go into the outing with a 7-8 record after their 4-1 league loss to Life Waxahachie (Waxahachie, TX).
