Louisiana High School Basketball - Ascension Catholic tops River Oaks
February 23, 2022: Monroe, LA 71203 Ascension Catholic Bulldogs (Donaldsonville, LA) backers were pleased Wednesday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the host River Oaks Mustangs (Monroe, LA), 73-63 in a non-league bout.
With the victory, Ascension Catholic upgrades its record to 18-11 on the campaign. The Bulldogs travel to Calvary Baptist Academy (Shreveport, LA) to play the Cavaliers in a non-league bout on Saturday, February 26. The Cavaliers come into the bout with a record of 21-9. Calvary Baptist Academy won 81-39 in their recent non-league bout against Cedar Creek (Ruston, LA)
